First, quit Chrome to prevent any conflicts, and then find Chrome’s history file. Now we have to restrict access to Chrome’s history file.This gives us a blank slate from which to start. Now, make sure the box Clear Browsing History is checked, select All time from the drop-down menu and then click the Clear Browsing Data button at the bottom of the window to complete the process.
You can also type Ctrl + Shift + Del to bring up the Clear browsing data window.
It's easy to share bookmarks between all of them in their settings under Import Favorites from another Browser, and Firefox and Chrome let you sign in to sync your Favorites on any other device you sign into. I use Firefox, Edge and Chrome in that order of preference. I would have several browsers on your task bar so there's always one that's best for the task. Then retrace those steps to check the IE box again to reinstall it. If that's not enough reinstall Internet Explorer at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Programs & Features link > Turn Windows Features On & Off > uncheck the box for Internet Explorer, click OK, restart PC.
